Please check our size guides before you order and measure yourself accurately.

Made to order / Custom items.

Due to the small nature of our business; Unless there is a fault with your order, we're afraid that we do not generally accept returns on our handmade and made-to-order items. This is because we hand make every piece one at a time, and through ordering, you are paying for our labour.
Please know that we are always happy to fix damages for you.

Pre-made items.

You will be able to return items for an exchange or store credit 7 days from when your order is shipped. You will need to include a note with your return and let us know your name, address, order number, and explain which item that you are exchanging your order for.

Please contact us for our returns address.

You will need to cover the cost of the postage to be sent back to us unless we feel that we should. Once your return is back with us, we will inspect the item and if it is eligible for an exchange, we will send you store credit over e-mail, or create a new order for you with a 100% discount code so that you can be kept up to date with shipments, you may need to pay the postage for this. We will then begin making up your new item and post it out once it is ready. As per our delivery info above, this can take up to 6 weeks.

If your item arrives damaged or marked, please let us know and we will be happy to fix this for you (of course at no extra cost). However due to the pre-owned nature of the items we re-vamp, there may be signs of wear (we think this adds character!)

We're really sorry however due to us making each item to order, we can't accept refunds. Please bear this in mind before you buy.
