Pre-made items aim to be sent within a few days. Please let us know if you need your item for a certain date!
Made-to-order / Custom items.
As all items are made to order, we will always aim to post orders within the timeframe as quoted on your confirmation e-mail. This is usually 3-6 weeks unless stated otherwise. All parcels are sent via Second Class Royal Mail and we can provide you with Proof of Postage, should you request it.

Customs Charges for Overseas Orders.
It is sometimes possible for customs charges to be applied to your order if you are ordering from a country outside of the UK. Sadly this is completely out of our control so if a customs charge is refused by the buyer and returned to us; We will only be able to provide a refund minus the cost of postage. If you would prefer the order to be sent back to you, you will need to re-pay for postage. We hope you can understand why we have put this rule in place as a small shop brand.
